How long does it take to process my order?
Wax supplies usually ship within 2–3 business days. Handmade candles and crystal photo gifts may take 5–7 business days before shipping.

What shipping method do you use?
Most orders ship by USPS Ground. For larger or urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order.

How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping may be available by request. Please contact us before ordering.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return wax supplies?
Wax supplies may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Can I return handmade candles?
Handmade candles may be returned within 14 days if they are unused, unburned, and in original packaging.

Can I return custom crystal photo gifts?
Custom photo gifts are personalized items and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How do I request a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

What products do you sell?
Bloombay offers candle waxes, additives, dyes, wicks, handmade candles, and crystal photo gifts.

What types of wax do you carry?
We carry soy wax, paraffin wax, beeswax, palm wax, coconut wax, gel wax, microcrystalline wax, and candle-making additives.

Are your candles safe to burn?
Our handmade candles are made for normal candle use. Always burn candles on a heat-safe surface, keep them away from drafts, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Do your candles contain fragrance?
Some candles are scented and some are unscented. Please check each product page for fragrance details.

Custom and Wholesale Orders

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. We accept selected custom orders for event gifts, wedding favors, and personalized designs.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Wholesale options may be available for selected wax supplies and candle products. Please contact us for a quote.

Payments and Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, and other available checkout options depending on your location.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.

How do I get my receipt?
