Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bloombay. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order. Shipping time depends on product type, order weight, destination, weather conditions, and carrier handling.

Order Processing Time

Most wax supplies and candle making materials are processed within 2–3 business days.

Handmade candles, crystal photo gifts, custom items, and made-to-order products may require 5–7 business days before shipping.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped by USPS Ground or another available carrier service based on package size, weight, and destination.

For large, heavy, or urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order. Alternative shipping arrangements may be available, but they are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, shipping destination, and available carrier rates.

Wax supplies and bulk materials can be heavy. Shipping costs may vary depending on the total order weight and package dimensions.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the package is scanned.

Hot Weather and Wax Shipping

Some waxes may soften, clump, or partially melt during hot weather or transit. This does not usually mean the wax is damaged.

If wax softens during shipping, allow it to return to room temperature before opening or using. Texture changes caused by heat during transit do not normally affect candle making performance.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Bloombay is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Bloombay is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
