Returns and Cancellations

Please review our return and cancellation policy before placing an order. Because Bloombay sells candle supplies, handmade candles, plaster materials, and custom gifts, return eligibility depends on the product type and item condition.

Return Policy

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Wax Supplies and Candle Making Materials

Wax supplies, dyes, wicks, additives, and other candle making materials may be eligible for return if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Items that have been opened, melted, mixed, tested, contaminated, or altered cannot be returned.

Handmade Candles

Handmade candles may be eligible for return within 14 days if they are unused, unburned, and in original packaging.

Opened, burned, damaged, or used candles cannot be returned.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom crystal photo gifts, personalized products, made-to-order items, and approved custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Plaster and Casting Products

Plaster powders, casting powders, and related craft materials may be eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Opened or partially used plaster and casting products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return request is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is approved.

Cancellations

An order cannot be canceled once it has entered processing, been packed, or shipped.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bloombayshop.com with your order number.

We will do our best to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@bloombayshop.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
